Only for bookings outside your current place of stay (incl. 5km radius) it is legitimate to demand reimbursement of travel costs. Please make sure that the travel expenses are passed on 1:1 and that you clarify the amount and the way of reimbursement in advance with your customer. This does not lead to misunderstandings. If you wish to waive the reimbursement of the travel costs, you are of course free to decide. You are your boss.
First of all, you should consider a valid reason and put a lot of effort into communicating with your customer. She was probably looking forward to the date with you and is very disappointed. It is also advisable to always offer an alternative date. If you have already received a deposit for your fee or travel expenses, you will of course immediately transfer this amount back to the customer.
This can certainly happen, so you react sympathetically and agree an alternative date. In case of cancellation up to 48h before the date, the customer will receive your deposit (depending on the cancellation costs for e.B. booked train tickets) directly from you.
Communication
The customer has already indicated a non-binding desired date when submitting the booking request. If you have further dates to choose from, this is not a problem at all. The appointment is uncomplicated and personal between you and the customer.

You offer your customers a guarantee of satisfaction for the outstanding quality of the services you provide. On our advertising platform, the callboys are responsible for their own profile and information. The callboys also arrange appointments and meetings independently with their customers.
